We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process your requests, send administrative communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your content to train or improve our AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Data Processing for AI
When you upload content for training your AI agents, that content is processed through our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) solely for the purpose of generating embeddings and responses. Your content remains your property and is not used by these providers for their own model training.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls. Data is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers with SOC 2 compliance.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Conversation logs may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for analytics purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for AI inference (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), authentication (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure (cloud providers). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing your data.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics without your consent. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
