We collect information you provide directly to us when creating accounts, training agents, or contacting support. This includes email address, company name, API credentials, and uploaded training materials.
We use the information collected to run, maintain, and secure the AI agent integrations, compile vector search databases, execute scheduled API crawls, and debug conversational replays.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your files. All files and chunks are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Data is shared with third-party LLMs (e.g. OpenAI) scoped strictly under zero-data-retention agreements for response synthesis.
