trained.chat acts as a Data Processor. We process personal data solely on behalf of, and in accordance with, the documented instructions of the Customer (the Data Controller), including database index configuration and API executions.
We engage subprocessors (such as host infrastructures and third-party LLM providers) under strict contracts that guarantee equivalent data privacy standards and security measures.
